Fishing for large Salmon is what Rivers Inlet British Columbia is all about. Once the site of McTavish Salmon cannery, fish up to 83lbs have been landed and photographed at the resort. In 2004 the World Record on 6lb line was set directly in front of the resort.

My first time salmon fishing was at The River’s Inlet Resort and within 30 minutes of me getting into the boat, I caught my first salmon….38 pounds! Great fishing, beautiful country and the staff there were awesome! I highly recommend this place.
