when i fish 4 ibass with a twirl tail lure they never stay on line even when they the bite the hook ***** huh
i wouldn’t think so because a buzzbait is really for calmer water, well i guess if the water is calm in the river then you could. spinnerbaits would work really well though.
nice fish
this is probably a stupid ? but i was wondering ifyou could use a buzzbait in the river and still get bites… ive always used them in ponds only and havent had a whole bunch of success with them in rivers so could someone reply to this cuz i really would like to know
when a buzz bait hits the water it will sink. You just have to reel a bit fast when it hits. 2nd use a bait caster. 3rd 10-14 lb test mono or fluorocarbon is perfect for most buzzbait applications
a senko doesn’t usually work for me, but a good bait you can try is a zoom minnow texas rig with no weight. white is good so they have a good visual of it. A senko will work if it’s texas style wit no weight and you work it like a jerk bait.
hey when u miss a fish off of buzzbaits try a senko in the same spot u missed hjim at 99.1% of te time it works
nice job catching those fish
Im about to leave fishing and will be using top water lures. had to watch this before I left. Now im pumped. thanks for sharing.
you shouldnt have to cast a topwater that far in the first place to the weight of the lure is enough and for buzzbaits to stay ontop of the water just hold your rod tip up and adjust as needed
Roll Tide! from montgomery.
heavy line does not cast farther, but shorter. second buy a heavier top water bait or put the split shots 4 fett above the lure on the line. third get a top water buzzbait.
I never get anything on buzzbaits poppers work better for me
1st No heavy line is not going to cast further 2nd You use Bait casting rod. 3rd there are buzz baits made to stay on top of the water.Well little bit under surface. Good luck.
I have a few questions.. first, does a heavier line cast further(baitcaster)? second, how do you get enough weight on a top water bait to cast it far without puting split shots on it ( which always make it sink). third, how do you keep buzz baits on top of the water?
What part of the country is this in?
god. Frogs are so good for catching the big bass of a lifetime! U can use em anywhere also.
good woman right there. She was just out filming you having a blast on those bass. Hope you cooked her dinner.
this looks like it’s in the tail end of lake tholocco on ft. rucker but i’ve been back there in the middle of july and never had this kind of action. where ever you guys are at you did a good job of wakin’ em up! catch and release way to go.
I LOVE FISHING. IS ADAM ON IT IS MARCUS
its a buzzbait is what he is using.
Great topwater fishing…I wish they where always on like that !!!
Nothing better than topwater, but those bass don’t seem like they’re fighting too hard.
first half was a buzzbait i think and the second lure looked like a skitter pop. good video i like seeing the catch and release
were is this place its awsome!
