@thetweedtweeker they are rainbows, goldens have a gold belly and olive/reddish ovals on the backs, real colorful, more colorful than a brook, and are much smaller. To get to goldens, you have to backpack in. Take HWY 395 from LA towards Carson, NV, hang a left at Lone Pine, drive until the road ends, start walking, straight up … when you get to cottonwood pass there are many lakes and streams to fish
