Dude this isn’t Texas, this is the Midwest! city of Chicago specifically. Where the bass are smart and strong, And the 5-6lb fish are the trophies
The fish don’t feed as aggressively all year here like they do in Texas, Sometimes during our cold Chicago winter a Fish will stay in place Basically “SHUT DOWN” for 5 or 6 days. not feeding, Barely moving. But While in texas They Feed all Year and are always fat and easy…
just visited Chicago and loved it. was thinking about moving there but, after watching this video im not so sure. Here in texas i use lures almost as big as the second fish you caught. Do you ever catch any bass in the 5 to 12 pound range?
Yes, I’ve caught several fish after tearing my bait. It makes the lure appear to have a smaller profile, Even going to a lighter jig head after tearing it will Allow for a slower more pleasing presentation :-]]
sometimes The fish are just lethargic and prefer smaller profile lures, This Year so Far I’ve been throwing bigger lures, But catching bigger fish :-] This isn’t nessecarily something to follow though, as you can catch HUGE fish on smaller lures.
good Luck from chicago!!

they i bet they was their the water was to murky after that rain or they was in more open water because it was murky and brighter baits thats why that spinner bait worked i bet if in your first spot you use a brighter color plastic you would of had it
I like the new style of vids and the instruction on this was excellent . How the fish school and where they feed on. I like when you tore the bait in half too. Very good ! keep the vids coming
