how are you presenting it? Are you just hitting it on the bottom, or what?
salmo
who makes the chubby darter?5*
I don’t keep any fish for consumption and fish for the sport and practice CPR, catch, photo and release s othat others are able to enjoy these fish as I have
Its nice to hear that you are being a responsible fisherman, enjoying the fish for yourself and hopefully later on someone else will have the chance to catch them again
But if you hit them when they are feeding, you can have a great day out there, was out again today and caught some largemouth and one of them was very good size
bass really slow down in the winter get all sluggesh
Use to use those years ago and haven’t tried them lately at all, that is a dandy largemouth for sure and would imagine it gave you a good fight. Keep at it and let us know how things are going.
here in mn I use the orange rapala for winter bass.. It’s amazing how few people target bass through the ice.. I have actually had some great luck.. Pulled a six pound Large mouth 23 incher last week.. That’s my personal best large mouth and it came from the ice.. right on the weed edge before a drop off.
Thanks, it was fun
Nice fishing 5*
It was a blast and when a plan comes together and works it is all that much better, can’t wait to go again
Not for me and they are all swimming to be caught another day
