I used to go fishing in lake michigan down by waukegan ilinois, and sometimes as far as chicago or indiana, the funny thing is I did all of this on my 12 foot inflatable boat with trolling motor.Lake michigan really doesnt look like NO LAKE, its a freking OCEAN.I love it, so calm, yet very strong, Blue like the ocean, deep like the abyss. OMG, i miss my favorite lake in the world. Now i live in florida, where going fishing on an infl is not realy wise, sharks etc. LM is way better than the ocean
yeah great fishing I live in michigan too but down by detroit, but we fish all time we were up in manistee salmon fishing a month ago and caught 21. Even a giant steelhead.
