@Moxietrot fished quaker lake and kinzua but never the spillway before
Nice video’s you guys have on here! Have you ever fished the spillway from Quaker lake in Allegany? That’s my favorite spot!
Road Snake, if you want the best smoked fish of your life, come fish in western Washington State, we get salmon coming back down from feeding up in Alaska, 20 pounders easy if you know what you are doing…. Like I said, Western Washington fresh Salmon is the best smoked fish you will ever eat, and is even better when it’s not smoked

nice job guys nice to see the fish being handled properly and released …
i wouldn’t consider that a small stream, but still very nice fish.

Just where were you fishing? It looks either the grand river or the chagrin.
lake Erie tributary stream in ny
Where were you guys fishing at? HUGE fish by the way!
I prefer the smaller ones for smoking.
These big bastards are all seeds and twigs.
Too harsh on the throat.
although we release most ,we do keep a few for smoking- they are good
NO OFFENSE but as much as catch and release is admirable — you gotta admit those doggies sure are good eatin. I plan to be up there around Christmas this year. Crossing my fingers that they’re runnin!
thanks man – we were using salmon egg sacks

Sorry, but that is not a small stream. Maybe it’s cuz I live in California, but a small stream is no bigger than 10 feet across.
